![]() ![]() Uninstalled/reinstalled ATI ATAPI controller drivers in Windows, and did all kinds of standard solutions offered on the web, but to no avail at all. I tried finding updated drivers (usually the Drives I use are made in 2010), attempted firmware update, It starts to read all kinds of CD's very slowly and sometimes just keep on reading the Disc, but the progress of installation won't carry on further. However, when I first upgraded to Windows 10, my DVD drive used to work fine (just like in Windowsħ) but after the November update of Windows 10 took place - Boom goes the DVD drive in dark ages. ![]() The problem is that I had an LG Internal DVD Ram Drive/Super-Combo, which was working quite beautifully until I attempted the fateful upgrade to Windows 10. I am having this grave issue in Windows 10 for quite some time now and having tried all of the standard resolutions mentioned on the web, they all turned out to be in vain.
